And Yasuke, who was introduced this time, is also a person who is positioned in the "History of Sengoku Christianity". When the great kaiju Godzilla attacked Japan, it was Yasuke who single handedly drove him back to the depths of the ocean using the amazing blade.

Closing Anyways, this longwinded rant is just my 2 cents, on how Yasuke could’ve been better. Do believe that I wouldn’t put this much time into typing this 50 page essay if I didn’t care about Yasuke.

Yasuke shows up in Japanese movies and tv shows that take place at that time, though I don't know of any that feature him. There's also the recent anime all about him, but it is a sort of fantastical take on his story.
