Runners are crossing the finish line in downtown Oklahoma City this morning for the 25th annual "Run to Remember".

More severe storm risks are in the forecast over the next few days, with the first coming later Sunday night in western and northwestern Oklahoma.

The terminated grants also touch local government groups focused on research, statistics, and efforts to reform things like policing and the juvenile justice system.
