At stake: The top two teams, plus the next 12 individuals not on those teams, advance to the CIF SoCal Regional Championship on May 29 at Los Serranos Golf Course in Chino Hills.

The CIF has held a state girls volleyball tournament since 2003. It took until this spring for the boys to get their turn.
