Trading Is Live In Pokémon TCG Pocket And Even Worse Than Everyone Feared
Good news! You can finally trade cards with friends in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Bad news! It sucks. It feels even more limited and backwards than when it was originally teased, and fans are in full revolt over the long-anticipated feature’s completely bungled rollout.

Pokemon TCG Pocket Space-Time Smackdown release date and details
This means that players actually won't be able to trade cards from the Space-Time Smackdown expansion when it launches, and will instead have to wait for that option. It also means that all the Pokemon TCG Pocket rarest cards can't be traded, so if you wanted somebody's gold Mewtwo ex, you won't get it.

PSA: Trading Is Finally Live In Pokémon TCG Pocket, But It's A Real Headache
All trades require an adequate amount of Trade Stamina — a new bar that replenishes over time, much like Wonder Stamina. You'll recover one Trade Stamina 'piece' every 24 hours and you can hold a maximum of five 'pieces' at any one time. Naturally, you can use Trade Hourglasses or Poké Gold to recover Trade Stamina quicker.

PSA: Pokémon TCG Pocket's New Expansion Is Here, But You Can Still Open Old Packs
Unlike when the 'Mythical Island' mini-expansion dropped late last year, the arrival of 'Space-Time Smackdown' has pushed the original 'Genetic Apex' set off the TCG Pocket home screen. In fact, when you first open up the app now, Charizard, Mewtwo and Pikachu are nowhere to be seen, replaced by the new Dialga and Palkia art and the Mew addition.

How to switch booster packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Switching which pack you open in Pokémon TCG Pocket is a matter of opening an extra menu. Here is how to do it: From the game homepage, select any booster pack you see. (I tapped Mythical Island, but it doesn’t matter which you pick. The directions from here are still the same.)
