The Detroit Lions made Ohio State defensive lineman Tyleik Williams their first round pick in the 2025 NFL draft, following the selection up with the choice of an offensive lineman, Tate Ratledge of Georgia, in round number two.

NFL rosters in the offseason are comprised of 90 players. After the 2025 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions signed 10 undrafted free agents, filling up their roster total. Detroit added seven prospects in the draft and will continue their offseason workout program.
