Another book has been added to Utah’s growing list of titles banned from all public schools in the state. The list now includes 18 titles — 16 of them written by women.

Medical experts have encouraged the use of fluoride in drinking water for its ability to strengthen enamel and prevent cavities.

The law goes into effect July 1. The bill removes fluoride from the state's legal definition of acceptable "water quality additives."
