The final round of the 2025 Sony Open in Hawaii is here, as a jumbled leaderboard up top makes a push for the trophy.

For the fifth time in his career, Nick Taylor has entered the winner's circle on the PGA Tour. After reaching 16 under for the tournament, Taylor emerged from a two-hole playoff over Nico Echavarria at Waialae Country Club to claim the 2025 Sony Open.

Hideki Matsuyama held onto his lead on the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup points race with a tie for 16 th at the Sony Open last week giving him 49 points, adding that to the 700 points he earned the week before when he won the season-opening Sentry and the first of the Tour’s Signature Events.
